2. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, my hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. This includes, among other things, your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, and the browser and operating system used. This data is used to ensure the technically error-free provision and security of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools.

4. Contact form

If you contact me via the contact form, I process the data you provide (including name, email address, optionally phone number, project type and message) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and, where applicable, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

For the technical delivery of the form I use the service provider Formspree, Inc. (USA). Your data may therefore be transferred to the USA. Formspree processes the data on my behalf subject to appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. For more information, please see Formspree's privacy policy.

Your details are deleted once they are no longer required to handle your enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

5. SSL/TLS encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries submitted via the contact form. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” prefix in your browser's address bar.
